    Form R4 (Referee Evaluation) – The form is related to referees (both) evaluations, together with an automatic calculus of points obtained in different areas: technique, presentation, management of the game, knowledge, etc.

    Data of the form is related to referees' (both) evaluations, together with an automatic calculus of points obtained in different areas: technique, presentation, management of the game, knowledge, etc.

    Creation

    The form is created automatically when the user opens, for the first time, the form in the result of the selection in the tab “Matches” from “CEV Officials Area / Referee Evaluation”.

    Security

    When a user clicks the search button in the tab Matches, a check is made and there are 3 cases:

    in this case, the search will display a list with the last 10 matches of the referee.

    in this case, the user will see the next 10 matches he is assigned to supervise

    in which case, they will see all the matches included. Referees will be able to see, in all cases, only their remarks for their matches, not points or data about colleagues.

    Filling with data

    Supervisors must select a match assigned to them and fill in the data in the form. Data is related to referees' (both) evaluations, together with an automatic calculus of points obtained in different areas: technique, presentation, management of the game, knowledge, etc.
    After the supervisor completes the entire data, he can close the form! No further modifications are allowed after this to the supervisor! Only Administrators can change this.

    For administrators and roles ‘'Referee_Evaluation_Admin’' and ‘'Referee_Evaluation_User’' there is another tab, called ‘'Statistics’', which allows users to get situations regarding referees' evaluations using filters like time, referees, and delegate referees. Those statistics can be exported to XLS files.
