Form 05Bis/09Bis

     Form 05Bis/09Bis - is the form that controls the data of the players, team staff, and team color uniforms for the match as it will be played. Also, in this form, a person's role can be assigned. It is an Acceptance and Confirmed by the supervisor the day before the game.

    Creation

    Form 05Bis/09Bis is created on confirmation of the 09 form.

    Security

    Only logged users can access the form part, for creation only Administrators are allowed.

    For form 05Bis/09Bis, as for all forms, except Administrators, Supervisors, and Forms Administrators, only assigned users can see and operate the forms. The administrators are having all the rights over the forms, in case of wrong data or required adjustment

    Filling with data

    To keep good traceability, the Official who will sign the bulletin will have to put his role and name at the top of the administration area.

    The user will be able to modify the list of players, adding and/or replacing each player, changing his shirt number, also to check and changing the staff and uniform colors.

    Adding a new player is also possible, even if the player has no license yet, ticking one of the checkboxes from the “ADDITIONAL PLAYERS NOT HAVING A CEV LICENSE YET” area (inserting a new player) or using the “ADD PLAYERS HAVING A CEV LICENSE” to add a player without a license.
