This guide contains a general overview of the step-by-step workflow a user/scorer must follow to record rallies in the volleyball e-Scoresheet application.
Definition
A rally is a time between the serve and the end of the play.
Workflow
Steps
The first rally automatically begins the first set. Consecutive rallies are played until the end of a set
Court switch occurs at every 7 scored points by teams (every 5 points on the 3rd set)
The user can cancel the rally due to circumstances like two balls. The set end can also be undone by deleting the last rally leading to a set, but it has to be done before ending the set
Set score and Match end are confirmed together so the application is open for action edits only before pressing "End Set"
Rally Edit allows changing serving player and scoring team
