Prerequisites
Universal Requirements (All Connection Types)
Your SportzCast Bot must be connected to a network.
The Bot must be Online (properly connected to the scoreboard controller, receiving data, and set to the correct sport and decoder).
The Bot must be assigned to your SportzCast.net account.
For Local Connection
The SportzCast Bot and the ScoreBox-N computer must be connected to the exact same network.
The Bot’s IP address.
The Bot number.
ScoreConnect III must be installed on the ScoreBox-N computer.
For Cloud Connection
An active internet connection.
A created "Integration Name" in SportzCast.net.
Your SportzCast.net "User Access Token"
For XML File Connection
The Bot's IP address.
LiveXML must be installed on your system.
Integration Guide
Regardless of the connection method you choose, you must first access the "Scoreboard Data" tab within ScoreBox-N
Open the specific ScoreBox-N application for your sport (e.g., ScoreBox-N Baseball, ScoreBox-N Basketball).
Navigate to the "Scoreboard Data" tab using one of these three methods:
Menu Navigation: Click "Jump" in the top banner menu, then select Scoreboard Data.
Keyboard Shortcut: Press Alt + F7.
Manual Scroll: Scroll down the right settings pane until you locate the Scoreboard Data tab.
Under the "Scoreboard Data Format" select the SportzCast option.
How to find your Bot's IP address:

Legacy Devices: Use the UDPListener tool. You can download it from the download section of your SportzCast.net account.

ScoreLink II: Check inside ScoreConnect III.

ScoreLink+: Read it directly from the physical screen on the front of the bot.
Setup Steps:
1️⃣ On the "Scoreboard Data tab", locate the "Cloud Scoreboard Providers Configuration" section and click the "SportzCast button."
2️⃣ A configuration window will appear. On the left side of this window, select the "IP address" option.
3️⃣ In the IP address field (the box formatted with zeros and points), enter the IP address of your Bot.
4️⃣ In the Bot field, enter your specific Bot number.
5️⃣ Leave the "Channel Number" and "Delay" fields set to 0, then click OK.
6️⃣ Navigate to the bottom control area of the ScoreBox-N interface and click the "Score Board Data" button to initiate the connection.
Setup Steps:
1️⃣ On the "Scoreboard Data tab", locate the "Cloud Scoreboard Providers Configuration" section and click the "SportzCast button."
2️⃣ A configuration window will appear. On the left side of this window, select the "Cloud Login" option.
3️⃣ In the Bot field, enter your specific Bot number.
4️⃣ Leave the "Channel Number" and "Delay" fields set to 0.
5️⃣ In the Login Credentials section, fill in the following details:
- User Name: Enter your newly created Integration Name.
- Password: Paste your User Access Token.
6️⃣ Check the password is token box (ensure the blue checkmark appears), then click OK.
7️⃣ Navigate to the bottom control area of the ScoreBox-N interface and click the "Score Board Data" button to initiate the connection.
Setup Steps:
1️⃣ On the "Scoreboard Data tab", locate the "Cloud Scoreboard Providers Configuration" section and click the "SportzCast button."
2️⃣ A configuration window will appear. On the left side of this window, select the "XML File" option.
3️⃣ In the Bot field, enter your specific Bot number.
4️⃣ Leave the "Channel Number" and "Delay" fields set to 0.
5️⃣ Just below the "XML File" option, click the Select "XML File button."
6️⃣ A file explorer window will open. Navigate to the folder where your live XML file is stored, select the file, and click Open. The file path will now be displayed beneath the options.
7️⃣ Click OK to save the configuration.
8️⃣ Navigate to the bottom control area of the ScoreBox-N interface and click the Score Board Data button to initiate the connection.
