When using the Sportzdesigner tool from Sportzsuite software, sometimes the BOT stream can get stuck and not be able to see data on the dashboard.
In order to reset the stream, a feature has been added to the software, with a red "Reset Bot Stream" button in the upper right corner.
Once you have clicked on the button, a new tab on the browser will open with access to the Sportzcast Sportzsuite Connections, as shown in the picture below.
Make sure you fill out the spaces with your Sportzcast Username or Email, and the Sportzcast account UserToken.
If you do not have the UserToken, you can click on "Get UserAccessToken" to get it from the Sportzcast account.
Then, click on List Connections, and all connections you have from SportzDesigner with the BOTs assigned to our account will appear under Down Streams.
Once you see all the connections listed, you can go check the one linked to the BOT number in use, and click on Kill All to reset the stream of that BOT to SportzDesigner.
