The scorer should ensure that the clock on the computer is set correctly. If the clock is out of sync this can cause issues for the Indoor e-scoresheet program.

Steps
To ensure the computer clock is set correctly, right-click on the time on the main Windows Taskbar and select Adjust date/time.
In the Date & Time settings window make sure the time and time zone are set to update automatically and your clock synchronized by clicking the Sync Now button.
If you do not want to leave the Set time zone automatically setting on, after switching it off make sure you have selected the correct time zone and switched on automatically adjustment on daylight saving time.
