To find the log file, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the folder where your Video Sharing 4 is installed and right click the application and choose "properties"
2. Click on "Open File Location" button.
3. Create a new folder inside the Video Sharing 4 folder, call it "VS4LogFiles".
4. Choose (with CTRL + left click) "Application.Log", "ApplicationEncoder.Log", "Encode.Log", "LogDownload.txt", "Operations.Log", "WS.Log" and copy-paste them to the created "VS4LogFiles" folder.
5. Navigate to "Data" folder and copy "LogUpload.txt" and paste it to the created "VS4LogFiles" folder.
6. Make sure that all 7 aforementioned Log files are in the created folder.
7. Navigate back to the Video Sharing 4 main folder and right-click the created "VS4LogFiles" folder and choose "Compress to Zip and email".
8. Add Support@geniussports.com as the receiver and data@cev.eu as CC. Describe your issue shortly in the subject and write a more detailed explanation in the e-mail body. Send the e-mail.
