To find the log file, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the folder where your Data Volley is installed and right click the application and choose "properties"
2. Click on "Open File Location" button.
3. Find the "Log" folder and use right click on the folder and choose "Compress to "Log.zip and email".
4. Add Support@geniussports.com as the receiver and data@cev.eu as CC. Describe your issue shortly in the subject and write a more detailed explanation in the e-mail body.
