This guide contains a general overview of how to approach contacting support whenever presenting issues with the platform or requesting assistance from our support team.
Workflow
In the top left corner of the screen, click on the "HELP" option available.
3 options will pop-up and select "Send error report" option.
Proceed to fill in the required fields:
1. Contact email: Enter your email account as scorer.
2. Error Description: Please be as descriptive as possible when explaining the issue faced.
3. Send Report.
The Genius Sports Support team will receive the error report accordingly and proceed to identify the proper way to investigate and escalate it to provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
