How to follow tickets submitted by colleagues?
Follow the steps below to be able to follow tickets submitted via email or web-form.
1. Navigate to helpdesk.geniussports.com
2. Go to Sign in in the upper right corner.

3. In the appeared Sign in to Genius Sports window enter your email and password.
4. Click on Sign in.

Requests menu will be available.
Requests menu has 3 tabs:
3. My requests: requests raised directly by you.
4. Requests I am CC'd on: requests you are copied in.
5. Organisational requests: requests raised by others from your organisation.

1. Click on Organisational requests.
2. Click on Follow organisation.

Now every time your colleagues will create a ticket via a request form or email and every time a reply is posted to this ticket - an email notification will be sent.
Please note, the notifications will be sent for all organisational tickets.
How to CC someone into a request form?
Follow the steps below to CC anyone into a request form.
1. From the Genius Help Desk main menu go to the upper right corner and select Submit a request.
Request form will be accessed.
2. Unfold the form types, and choose the required option for the request.
3. In CC (optional) field insert the emails you wish to include as CC on the ticket (Optional).
The email with the ticket and all following responses will be sent to the inserted email addresses.

4.Write down the Subject of the request that identifies the nature of the question
5. Write down the detailed Description of the issue.
6. Select the Sport in question for the request.
7. Select the Category in question for the request.
8. It is recommended to add an attachment to the request to speed up the investigation process.
9. Click on Submit.
A pop out notification will emerge on the top right corner to confirm if the request was submitted successfully.
