How to sign up?
Follow the steps below to sign up for the first time to Genius Help Desk.
1. Navigate to helpdesk.geniussports.com
2. Go to Sign in in the upper right corner.

3. From Sign in to Genius Sports window select Sign up.
The Sign up to Genius Sports window will emerge.
4. Enter your full name.
5. Enter your corporate email.
6. Click on Sign up.

A pop-out message will notify that a link was sent to your corporate email address.
7. After receiving an email from Genius Sports, set a password using the link by clicking on Create password.
8. The link will take you to a new window, where password should be entered. Make sure password follows the necessary requirements:
✔️ Must be at least 5 characters.
✔️ Must be fewer than 128 characters.
✔️ Must be different from email address.
9. Click on Set password.
10. When sign up to Genius Help Desk is successful the full name will be displayed in the upper right corner.
How to submit a request?
Follow the steps below to submit a request.
1. From the Genius Help Desk main menu go to the upper right corner and select Submit a request.
Request form will be accessed.
2. Unfold the form types, and choose the required option for the request.
3. Write down the Subject of the request that identifies the nature of the question.
4. Write down the detailed Description of the issue.

5. Select the Sport in question for the request.
6. Select the Category in question for the request.
7. It is recommended to add an attachment to the request to speed up the investigation process.
8. Click on Submit.
A pop out notification will emerge on the top right corner to confirm if the request was submitted successfully.

How to access a request?
Follow the steps below to access requests.
1. Go to profile name in the upper right corner and unfold the options.
2. Select Requests.
2. Select Requests.
Requests menu will be available.
Requests menu has 3 tabs:
3. My requests: requests raised directly by you.
4. Requests I am CC'd on: requests you are copied in.
5. Organisational requests: requests raised by others from your organisation.
6. Request records will display the following data:
• Subject
• ID
• Created date
• Updated date
• Status
