This document contains the minimum and recommended PC specifications for using the Click & Scout Media application on your computer.
Recommended specifications:
- It is only compatible with Operating System Windows 8.1 or higher.
- CPU: Dual Core i5 Processor*
- Recommended Resolution 800x600 or higher.
- Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (either 32 or 64-bit)
- Not compatible with ARM processors (Not compatible with MacOS, iOS and Android).
- Latest Windows updates
Minimum specifications:
- Central processing unit (CPU): Dual Core i3 Processor (no ARM processors)
- Memory: 4GB RAM
- Hard Drive: HDD with at least 1 GB available
- Operating System: Windows 8 (either 32 or 64-bit)
- Network connection: at least a 3Mbit downstream/ 800Kbit upstream speed
- Lowest resolution: 1366x768
* The application is not supported on Windows IoT versions.
* The application works on Home, Pro, Enterprise and similar Windows versions.
* The application is not supported on virtual operating systems.
