Creation
To create CLS forms we have to start with the creation of a template for our competition.
For that, a user must go to the tab Add EL/CL-S from WCM/Forms and select the “Add or manage the Templates” link. In the pop-up that is opened, the user must select the season and the competition and complete the details for the template: a short description, notes if wants, the number of panels, and the main image, which is the image of the court layout. After all, are completed, the user will create the template using the button “Insert Template”.
In case a template is already created, the user will just have to select the template allocated to the competition he will select.
For the first time, the user will have to create the competition level to whom the template is referring. Right now only competition level is permitted. The creation of a level is easy to do by using the button “New Competition Level” and completing the name and the order (1) for the level.
Second, a new panel type must be inserted using the “Add New Panel Type” button to be assigned to the panels. For the same reasons, a list of images is created, and new images can be added using the “Add new Panel Image” option. Those images are not to be deleted and are the images used by CEV in all templates, only can be added to new ones if necessary.
Panels can be deleted or created as new ones, as the user desires. Editing panels gives a possibility to the user to give panels a code, assign a panel type, set if it is a CEV reserved panel, and assign a CEV image in this case.
In the edit panel user has the option to set if the changes made on that panel will affect only the template (just for future creation of CLS forms), or, also, the already created forms panels. This is one of the modalities to update already created forms.
The second modality to update already created forms is to click the “Update” button. Doing that, all already created forms that are using the template will be updated with the existing template.
Also, the main image can be changed for the template, as well as other details.
For the Led Panels, there is a second tab, called “Led Panels” which gives the user the possibility to add files.
