The article describes the ways to access e-Scoresheet application logs that might be needed to investigate errors during the game or other actions (i.e., application installation, updates, etc.) unrelated to the match.
If an error occurred during the match
App log files:
C:\Users\*select your user*\AppData\Local\GeniusSports\eScoresheet.Volleyball\StatsCapture.log

*The disc might change if the e-Scoresheet app was installed to a different disc from the default.

How to access runner.log and StatsCaputure.log?
1. Open File Explorer/Windows Explorer.
2. Click Computer/This PC.
3. Click on Quick Access.
4. In the path tab type in %AppData% and click enter.
5. In the opened path select “AppData” on the top.
6. Open “the Local” folder.
7. Open “the GeniusSports” folder.
7.1. Open eScoresheet.Volleyball → StatsCapture.log (select the one in which games were occurring).
7.2. Open LiveStats.AutoUpdater.Windows.Runner → Logs → Runner.log
