This article will guide you on how to solve the issue if the following warning appears when opening a match: The software cannot connect to the online services because the following file is missing: C:\DataPorject\eScoresheetVolleyball\WebCastPlugin\InArenaPlugin_ES.exe
The customer gets an error because the antivirus is enabled and the requested file is being deleted (unreachable).
How to solve it?
- Disable the antivirus or add the folder 📂 C:\Data Project\eScoresheet Volleyball\WebCastPlugin\ and the file InArenaPlugin_ES.exe in the exclusion/white list of the antivirus, so that it will not delete the file again.
