This guide will explain what to do in case it's needed to reset data or restart the match.
In case it's needed to reset data or restart the match please send an e-Scoresheet error report with the following information:
- Error: Match Reset Required
- Game date
- Competition name
- Team names
- Game and competition IDs
Please bear in mind that after the reset all existing game data will be deleted and it will not be possible to recover it.
Follow the steps below to reset data or restart the match:
1. Click on "Match Reset Required".
2. Select "Support Request" and fill in the required information.
3. Required information can be found in the "Match Info" section.
