Users can now send error reports on issues they are experiencing or experienced during the live play to the Genius Sports team by using the Send Error Report function. To send this error report scorers must follow the steps outlined below:
Press the Send Report function in one of the following phases:
1) On the initial e-Scoresheet screen, press "Send Report":
2) While creating a new match, press "Send troubleshooting to scoresheet support":
3) During the game, press "Support request":
4) During the Service Login, press "Click here to send troubleshooting to scoresheet support":
5) During the Scoresheet Approval, press "Click here to send troubleshooting to scoresheet support":
6) Before uploading the match to the online database, press "Click here to send troubleshooting to scoresheet support":
7) If there was a problem with approving or uploading the match, press "Click here to send troubleshooting to scoresheet support":
Statisticians will then be prompted by the program to enter an Error Description. Users will then be able to type a description of an error that they experience and select Send Report.
The report will then be sent to the Genius Sports support team for review. Once this has been sent, the below message will be seen.
