LiveStats - How to Run Pre-Match System Check in Advance
Statisticians have the option to run a Pre-Match system check without opening a game via the main screen.
There are two options to do so:
- Using Match Key
- Picking existing game with License Code activated.
Pre-Match Check Using Match Key
If Match Key is available, pre-match check should be run from the main menu and selecting Settings - System Checks. The statistician will then be prompted with a pop-up.
Select Internet Connection Type from the displayed drop-down. After adding available Match key click Run button.
The system will then run a number of checks on the computer specifications that you will use to adequately run the FIBA LiveStats program. If each specification meets the recommended checks the system will highlight a green tick to symbolize the specification has passed the test. If any appear with an exclamation mark, as seen below this means that this feature may need to be reviewed prior to completing the game.
Once the check has been completed click Send to save pre match checks or Cancel to remove them.
Pre-Match Check With License Code
If the league uses License Code and the game is available in League Games section, pick the game you want to run pre-match check and click 3 dot button near it. From available context menu, select Run System Diagnostics.
After picking Internet Connection Type from the displayed drop-down click Run button.
