If hardware installation was done correctly, the stream should work as expected. However, bellow you will find some situations that may occur during the broadcast.
1. Overheating
When the phone is overheating you will be notified by the Streaming Technical Support team. This issue can be caused by a cooling fan not properly working or a battery level being too low. Recommended actions:
- Change the USB charger into the AC charger.
- Check that the phone and the power cord are connected properly to both the power source and the device.
If battery is still discharging even when it's connected correctly, please report it to Streaming Technical Support team.
- Make sure that a cooling fan is correctly plugged in and it is not damaged.
2. Internet related issues
A good internet connection at the venue is vital for a correct video stream. Internet connection issues may cause stream artifacting, lagging, or even stop the stream. Please confirm that your network devices have been properly set-up by following the guidelines under the Network requirements article.

4. Mistouch prevention
Proximity sensor is installed on the front panel (near the front camera). The sensor responds to objects in the immediate vicinity of the screen and turns it off, preventing accidental clicks. Unfortunately, if the phone enters into this mode, we lose remote control. Make sure that nothing is covering the front screen, what could enable touch-disable mode.
To disable the function, please turn off Mistouch prevention on the phone: Settings > Smart assistance > turn Mistouch prevention OFF
5. Shaking camera
Usually it happens due to a vibrating surface caused by cheering fans. If possible, place the camera where it wouldn't be in contact with a fan tribune, preferably on a concrete wall or a column, etc.
