This article will provide you with the steps to import Coaches using the Excel Import template file from the Import Platform.
1. Get the Excel import template using while following all the steps in this instruction.
2. Fill in the following data about the new player(s) in the tab called "New_Coach" and save the file somewhere on your computer:
- Gender*
- Surname*
- Name*
- Date of the 1st license given to the player by the federation*
- Birth Date*
- Birth Nation
- Birth Region
- Birth State
- Federation ID*

3. Go to the tab "Coaches" in your Web Competition Manager.
4. Click on to the button "Import From XLS".
5. On the separately appeared window first, click select saved import file on your computer by clicking "select file" and then finalise everything by clicking "Import From XLS"
6. If your action is successful you will be notified with the following message:
