This article will provide you with the steps to import Coaches using the Excel Import template file from the Import Platform.
1. Get the Excel import template using while following all the steps in this instruction. When trying to download the excel template particularly for Matches, do not forget to select the season, competition's gender (i.e. Men or Women) and competition name that you need to upload the matches to before loading the template. Example below:
2. Fill in the following data about the matches in the tab called "Matches" and save the file somewhere on your computer:
- Championship*
- Round*
- Federation Match ID*
- Match Date and Time*
- Home Team*
- Guest Team*
- Stadium*
- e-Scoresheet User Description
- Data Volley User Description
- 1st Referee*
- 2nd Referee*
- Supervisor*

3. Open the needed competition leg by performing three simple steps as shown below:
1. Click on "Competition" tab
2. Select the needed Season
3. Extend the competition until the needed leg.
4. Click on to the button "Import From Excel".
5. On the separately appeared window first, click select saved import file on your computer by clicking "Import from excel" and then finalise everything by clicking "Import From XLS"
6. If your action is successful you will be notified with the following message:
