How to Change Username and/or Password in Web Competition Manager

This article will provide you with the steps to change the username or password of your  Web Competition Manager account.

1. Log in to WCM using your credentials.

2. After logging in, you will see many icons, but on the bottom of the page click on either “Change Password” or "Change Username", depending on which one you want to change.

1) When changing username: 

Simply fill in the old username, new one, confirm the new one and click on "Update Username"


2) When changing password:

Simply fill in the username, old password, new password, confirm the new password and click on "Update Password".
