Football Livestats - User's Support Articles Diagram

Football LiveStats is a software application that allows users around the world to record football game statistics and webcast matches in real time. 

The customers we intend to address this product are:

• Professional, semi-professional football leagues.
• Individual users (e.g. football participants, their family and friends).
• Local football leagues, clubs and teams.
  
  

The Application can be operated with and without user identification:

• Statisticians Network user account sign-in/verification procedure.
• Application can be accessed/operated by entering certain Game License Keys. These keys can be attributed to specific individual or groups of individuals (involves external Licensing System).  
• Application can also be accessed/operated without user identification/sign-in options.
  
  

The hosting location and customer location:

• LiveStats itself is a client-side application (it is downloaded and installed on personal (local) computers).
• Collected game data as well as aforementioned personal data may also be stored on AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Customer location is worldwide.
